FLEMING’S PRIME STEAKHOUSE & WINE BAR OPENS EARLY ON MOTHER’S DAY
May 9, 2004
4PM

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will open at 4p.m. in honor of Mother’s Day. The restaurant’s open and inviting atmosphere, complemented by an ongoing celebration of the best in food and wine, makes it an ideal dining destination for the special day.
Start the evening off with a toast with one of Fleming’s sparklers served by the glass, such as Gloria Ferrer Blanc de Noir or Moet & Chandon White Star. With over 100 wines available by the glass, Mom can select whatever her heart desires. Or she may decide to sample three of the offerings in a Fleming’s wine flight.
Starters to entice the ladies include Shrimp and Lobster Cocktail or Lump Crab Cakes, followed by Fleming’s Classic Caesar or Chopped Salad. The number one choice for many of Fleming’s female following is the eight-ounce prime Petite Filet Mignon. Another favorite is Ahi Tuna Mignon, seared rare and served with poppy seed au poivre and tomato sherry vinaigrette. Desserts Mothers love include Chocolate Lava Cake, Fleming’s Assorted Cheese Plate or the healthful fresh seasonal Mixed Berries.
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar has locations in Newport Beach (Fashion Island, 455 Newport Center Dr, 949-720-9633); El Segundo (2301 Rosecrans Ave., 310-643-6911); and Rancho Mirage (The River, 71800 Highway 111; 760-776-6685). As the holiday is always one of the most popular dining out days of the year, guests are encouraged to make early reservations.
