Dessert Minis for Entertaining!
A variety of “little bites” is a fun and practical way to serve scrumptious dessert to a crowd. In this class students will learn techniques for creating individual and bite-sized desserts that are as beautiful to behold as they are to devour! Recipes include:
Vanilla cream puffs dipped in dark chocolate; Individual miniature cakes with chocolate filigree decor; Mini tartlets with apple & pecan; Cheesecake wontons with pear & hazelnuts. Price: $80 per person, per class. Canyon Location
