Opera Pacific presents in Segerstrom Hall – Dead Man Walking – First a best-selling book, then a major film and now Dead Man Walking is an unforgettable opera with an inspired score by Jake Heggie and a moving libretto by Tony Award-winning playwright Terrence McNally. The opera, which had its world premiere in San Francisco, was one of the most successful new operas in the company’s 76-year history and was internationally praised by critics.
